Bad Bunny has joined the lineup for fellow rapper Travis Scott’s sold-out Astroworld festival in Houston next month.

The “Dakiti” superstar is now on a roster that consists of performers like Bia, Tame Impala, 21 Savage, Young Thug, Baby Keem, Chief Keef, SZA, Lil Baby, Roddy Rich, Sheck Wes, Don Toliver, and Earth, Wind & Fire.

The music festival, which takes place November 5-6 and features the theme “Open Your Eyes to a Whole New Universe,” will also welcome Master P, Houston All-Stars, Yves Tumor, and others as special guests.

This is the third year the event at Astroworld will take place. Event producers expanded the venue’s capacity to welcome 100,000 concertgoers. Tickets sold out last May without a lineup.

Bad Bunny and the other headliners and special guests won’t be the only entertainment at this year’s festival. Attendees also paid $350 for a two-day admission ticket to enjoy carnival rides and games. Hopefully, there are giant rabbits for Bad Bunny to ride on the carousel.

News of Bad Bunny’s participation in this year’s Astroworld fest was met with excitement online from people who bought tickets and distress from people who did not (and from those who had tickets but sold them).

For those who were lucky enough to purchase tickets, Bad Bunny’s inclusion in the festival was a cause for celebration and boastfulness.

The biggest Bad Bunny fans think the Astroworld fest should probably rebrand itself in the next few days as “a Bad Bunny festival.”
