Brazilian tecno brega trio Banda UÓ is one of those bands you can’t resist on getting a friendly crush on at first sight, and you kinda fantasize they’d invite you over to their house for beers, a pillow fight, and to try each others clothes on. They’re sorta like that band you watched on MTV as a youngster during the ’90s, and got up in front of your screen while you imitate they’re funky dance moves. With enough personal thoughts said, the effervescent casio punk outfit returns this 2013 with a second single/music video for “Gringo” off their 2012 release, Motel, produced by Diplo. We’re not really sure if “gringo” is also the idiom used for “whitey” in Portuguese or why jelly and cream cheese bagels look so damn sexy and orgasmic, but what we guarantee is that you’ll have a blast engaging in their releases, so if you haven’t explored the world of Banda UÓ yet, we recommend you dive in.

Zone in on a whirlpool of cheesy backdrop, swirling images, and voluptuous booty shaking in Banda UÓ’s “Gringo.” Also, big up to our homey Pedro D’eyrot of Bonde do Rolê who also appears on this video!
