Video: Diego Mena – "Memorable" (in 3D!)

Dominican pop-rockero Diego Mena continues to intrigue with his talent. Mena (no relation to Javiera) is back with a new video for his third single, “Memorable” off Doble Moral. The video was directed by Erwin Jiménez who I assume has a soft spot in his heart for the early ’80s and Daft Punk. Mena and his band appear as neon-stencils jamming out in negative space…or is it outer space? Oh, an come to mention Diego Mena’s opening/closing title in the video, and album artwork, is super similar to Daft Punk’s Alive logo. The icing on the cake, however, is the fact that there’s a 3D version of the video, the first 3D vid, or so he claims, to be featured in DR. The theme fits the song well as it’s a slower, more-electronic dance session compared to his previous single, “Yo Sentía Miedo.”
