Estéreo Picnic Festival’s Lineup Just Dropped & It’s Epic

On Oct. 11, the highly-anticipated annual festival Estéreo Picnic revealed next year’s artist roster. The 12th edition of the event will take place on Mar. 23 to 26 at the Campo de Golf Briceño in Bogotá, Colombia. 

“Four days that we will remember forever! The Distinct World we once dreamed of brings us together under a lineup full of history, of life, of new voices and liberated feelings,” the Instagram post announcement reads. “Today we say it loud: Lxs Distintxs Somos Todxs [We Are All Different].”

The headliners include Drake, Billie Eilish, Blink-182 (who just announced their reunion with all of their original band members), and The Chemical Brothers. It also includes Tame Impala, Rosalía, Lil Nas X, Morat, and Wu-Tang Clan.

Among the diverse Spanish-language artists, we see recognizable names such as Kali Uchis, Ryan Castro, Jerry Rivera, and Trueno. The lineup also includes performances by Alci Acosta, Tokischa, Cigarettes After Sex, Melanie Martinez, and Devendra Banhart. The special performer this year is Bizarrap.

Other artists included in this year’s festival are Elsa y Elmar, Omar Apollo, Sen Senra, Mabiland, Mitú, Bandalos Chinos, Frente Cumbiero, Villano Antillano,  Elkin Robinson, Jesse Baez, The Change, Louta, Dawer x Damper, Alex Ferreira, Salt Cathedral, Mr. Bleat, among others.

Needless to say, fans are excited about the upcoming festival. An Instagram user, kunfupan, wrote: “Thank you. I never entertained the idea of having a festival of this caliber. Thanks to @paramopresenta and @festereopicnic for making this happen. Love you guys, see you in a few months.” 

Another Instagram user, Juancasash, wrote: “THEY JUST GAVE THE BEST LINEUP IN THE COUNTRY’S HISTORY.”

Based on the lineup’s comments, many fans are especially looking forward to Wu-Tang Clan, Drake, Blink-182, Kali Uchis, and The Chemical Brothers.

The festival’s tickets are already on sale, and are available for those 18 and older. They also have multiple VIP options. The official ticketing website describes the emblematic festival as “more than 50 hours of live music, of unfading memories, of strengthening friendships, relationships, and our own freedom.”
