Calling all Fuerza Regida fans! On Aug. 8, SiriusXM and Pandora announced a special concert featuring the popular música mexicana band at the Avalon Hollywood in Los Angeles, CA, on Aug. 28, exclusively via Remezcla – and we have all the details on how to attend it for free.
The highly-anticipated concert is open to SiriusXM subscribers and Pandora listeners. However, fans need to RSVP to enjoy the show. For those not in Los Angeles, the performance will air in full as SiriusXM y Pandora presentan RMX con Fuerza Regida on Friday, Sept. 27 at 3 p.m. EST as part of their Hispanic Heritage Month festivities. It will also be available to listen to via the SiriusXM app and on SiriusXM’s Hits Uno (channel 151) on Thursday, Oct. 10 at 4 p.m. EST. For Pandora users, the Mexican-American group will also take over the music streaming service’s Activados station.
“We just dropped Pero No Te Enamores and we’ve been performing the new songs at arenas on the East Coast these past couple weeks, so we’re really excited to bring all our SiriusXM and Pandora listeners out in LA this exclusive concert experience. Can’t wait to bring the new album to our day one fans,” said vocalist Jesús Ortiz Paz, aka JOP.
The band is expected to perform their new album Pero No Te Enamores’ hits like “NEL,” “SOFIA,” and “SECRETO VICTORIA,” as well as other popular singles. In Pero No Te Enamores, the hitmakers added EDM to their repertoire – heavily influenced by jersey club, dance, and house music. The group even coined the term “jersey corridos” to describe songs like “BELLA” and “SECRETO VICTORIA.” The result? A successful album release, seeing as the album debuted at No. 2 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart.
