Mexico City’s Faded airs out his hip hop sensibilities with an extra-low BPM, introspective remix of PARTYNEXTDOOR’s “Her Way,” taking us through an edit that skillfully weaves through breezy bachata samples and subtle builds. Faded has already flaunted his savviness in flipping hip hop tracks with a striking simplicity on his previously Remezcla-adored, Drake-infused “That’s All We Do.” Now that we find him on the Soundcloud frontier of “future bachata,” we’re curious to hear what the next release, perhaps of future-future-bachata, might hold.
