It’s been seven months to the day since Cósmica Records artist Fernanda Ulibarri released her debut album, átOma. She now returns with her second single “Corro,” which premiered last week via Panamérika. It’s a pop ditty about the all-too familiar 20-something search for that indescribable something. The video, directed by Fernando Rovsar, begins with Ulibarri waking up on a shore where she soon discovers a stopwatch near by and takes off running the instant it starts ticking like that rabbit from Alice — prancing through the beach onto a snow-covered forest and arriving at a desert. “Corro” is a much more upbeat track than previous single “Se Satura Mi Cabeza” with a sense of urgency thanks to a brass section that hits every second like a ticking clock.
