Music festival season is here and the lineups are rolling in faster than Springtime in NYC. So while we continue to deal with lingering arctic chills while the rest of the Earth seems to be frolicking in sunshine, we’ll take refuge in checking out the music festivals we’d much rather be at. Today Mexico City’s Festival Marvin, now in its fifth year, has just announced their line-up.
Happening for one day on May 16, Festival Marvin will bring over 40 bands, both national and international, to the Roma-Condesa district of DF. The line-up will continue to expand in the coming days, but so far stand outs include Las Robertas, Alvaro Díaz, Kap G, The Guadaloops, Algodón Egipcio, and Sunsplash (who recently released a new EP) – though to be honest, we’re pretty excited about the whole thing.
