Hailing from Austin, Texas where the boys grew exhausted by the same old cumbias and Tejano music bumping in the background, they took their love of swinging hooks and jam band riffs, grimed solos and guitar work like Hendrix and Santana, to a new hybrid-land of endless possibility.
Running their sound back to an almost outdated salsa reference, Brownout revitalizes the many genres they play with, injecting their own brand of energy and vigor.
