After watching some of the first-ever live performances of our favorite collaborations, the 2025 Latin Grammy Awards have come to an end. The 26th iteration of the annual celebration took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV, on Nov. 13. Tonight, Bad Bunny and CA7RIEL y Paco Amoroso were this year’s biggest winners, taking home five grammophones each.
One of this year’s big winners is Bad Bunny, who went home with five trophies, including Album of the Year for DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS, Best Urban/Urban Fusion Performance for “DtMF,” and Best Reggaeton Performance for “Voy A Llevarte Pa PR.” He was nominated for 12 categories this year, making him the most-nominated artist of the year. The Puerto Rican icon has an even bigger year ahead, with major gringo Grammy nominations and a booked Super Bowl halftime show.
Tied with Bad Bunny, CA7RIEL y Paco Amoroso also had a massive night following their viral NPR Tiny Desk and Coachella performances. The Argentinean duo also had five wins, including Best Pop Song for “El Día Del Amigo,” Best Alternative Music Album for Papota, and Best Alternative Song for “#TETAS.” They were up for 10 nominations this year.
Other artists who had major wins included Spanish artist Alejandro Sanz, who surprisingly won Record of the Year for “Palmeras En El Jardín,” and Karol G, winning Song of the Year thanks to her massive hit “Si Antes Te Hubiera Conocido.” Moreover, the award for Best New Artist went to Mexican artist Paloma Morphy, known for her recent album Au.
