Airbnb is innovating its experience game. On May 1, the vacation property rentals company announced their new initiative Icons, featuring a special tour bus experience with Colombian star Feid.
Feid is hosting an intimate way to glimpse into his tour life for two special guests. The experience includes a week bunking on a private tricked-out signature-color green tour bus as part of his crew during his 2024 Ferxxocalipsis Tour. The offerings include exclusive VIP tour access, backstage access, and inclusion on the singer’s tour traditions. In his case, he’s offering video game tournaments and “ugly thrifting” challenges.
“MOR, bienvenido to the FERXXOCALIPSIS experience. Hit the road with me as part of my crew, for a week on my summer world tour,” the “LUNA” singer wrote on his Airbnb description. “You will move in true FERXXO style in a tour bus I helped design—in signature neon green, of course, because the color of Medellín’s mountains is never far from my mind.”
The description continues: “When we’re not on the road, you will be behind the scenes, and front row, at a bunch of shows to see the FERXXO crew life. Dale play, and I will see you soon.”
During the announcement, Airbnb co-founder and CEO Brian Chesky said that Feid approached the company to “do something he’s never done before.” He mentions that the singer wanted fans to join his tour for a week in a bus he helped design himself. “There has never been an experience like this before,” Chesky said. “And you can join the tour by booking on Airbnb this Friday (May 3).
Per the presentation, the cost for the booking is $19. The available time frames are: Week 1 is on June 6 to 14 in Philly, Newark, Hartford, and Boston; Week 2 is on June 16 to 22 in New York City, Washington D.C., and Greensboro; Week 3 is on June 23 to 29 in Duluth and Orlando; and Week 4 is on July 1 to 6 in multiple locations in Miami. Requests to book this Airbnb start on May 3 at 9 a.m. PT and close on May 15 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
