French-Cuban sisters Ibeyi are due back in North America for a tour taking them through the US and Canada after starting out at the SXSW festival, March 7-12. The duo are certainly artists to watch, following their signing to the legendary XL Recordings label and their “River” video, a captivating look at the sisters coming up for air between English and Yoruba chanting in a ritualistic purification ceremony.
