Since the release of Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee, and Justin Bieber’s “Despacito” remix, we’ve wondered how the Biebs – who doesn’t speak Spanish – would handle performing a song that’s almost entirely in Spanish. A few weeks ago, we thought we had our answer. During a concert in Puerto Rico, he performed the hit alongside Fonsi. Instead of singing his parts, he turned the mic onto the audience and let them help him out.

But on Tuesday when he performed the song again at 1 OAK in New York City, Justin handled it kind of poorly. He simply replaced all the words with “bah bah bah bah bah bah,” sounding almost like a bleating goat. It wouldn’t be surprising if people were insulted by his performance.
