Chilean authorities are on the lookout for unidentified persons they say broke into Karol G and Anuel AA’s Chilean hotel room, where they allegedly stole up to an estimated $300,000.00 worth of luxury goods, including luggage, handbags, jewelry, and cash.

The couple, whose Culpables Tour kicked off in March, had recently finished a performance at Santiago’s Movistar Arena, when they returned to their hotel room to find they’d been robbed. “Upon attempting to open their hotel door, they could not get in, so they asked for hotel’s staff assistance, who let them in and that’s when they realized they’d been robbed,” said captain Pablo Ortiz of the Chilean National Police force.

Ortiz said the “Secreto” singers weren’t the only victims of the robbery, adding that various members of the duo’s staff also reported missing items. “According to the report, not just the artists, but also their staff lost some items including backpacks, high-end luggage and cash.”

According to Teletrece, the thieves gained entry to the stars’ suite via cloned key cards. Chilean authorities said they’ll be reviewing security footage to track down the perpetrators.
