Karol G, CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, & Rosalía Among Top 2026 Latin Grammy Nominees

The nominations for the 2026 Latin Grammy Awards were revealed this morning (Sept. 16). Among the most nominated artists this year are Karol G, CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, Jorge Drexler, and Rosalía.
The most-nominated person this year is Mexican producer and songwriter Edgar Barrera, with 10 nominations. He is followed by Karol G, CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, Jorge Drexler, and Rosalía, who each received seven nominations. The lead nominees also face off in the top categories. Album of the Year includes Karol G’s Tropicoqueta, Rosalía’s Lux, CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso’s Free Spirits, Jorge Drexler’s Taracá, Anitta’s EQUILIBRIVM, Silvana Estrada’s Vendrán Suaves Lluvias, Mon Laferte’s Femme Fatale, Milo J’s La Vida Era Más Corta, Rawayana’s ¿Dónde Es El After?, and Carín León’s Muda.
In the category for Record of the Year, the nominees are CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso’s “Ha Ha,” Jorge Drexler’s “¿Cómo Se Ama?,” Silvana Estrada’s “Dime,” Loulu Gilberto’s “O Amor Nos Encontrou,” Karol G & Marco Antonio Solís’ “Coleccionando Heridas,” Mon Laferte’s “Femme Fatale,” Carín León’s “Desde Que Te Tengo,” Milo J’s “Niño,” Rosalía’s “La Perla” featuring Yahritza y Su Esencia, and Elena Rose’s “Alma.” The same tracks by Karol G, Silvana Estrada, Rosalía, Jorge Drexler, and Mon Laferte are nominated for Song of the Year. Their competition includes CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso’s “Hasta Jesús Tuvo un Mal Día” featuring Sting, Santana’s “Mi Gran Amor” featuring Becky G, Milo J’s “Solifican12,” and Zanna’s “Nilo.”
The Best New Artist category includes rising Mexican star Macario Martínez, Colombian pop star Aria Vega, Mexican-American singer Delilah, Venezuelan singer-songwriter Maye, and Caetano Veloso’s son Zeca Veloso. The category is rounded out by Fabian, Loulu Gilberto, Arath Herce, Sofia Monroy, Kendall Peña, and Dora Sanches. A notable nomination is exes Karol G and Feid, who were nominated together for their collaboration “Verano Rosa” in the Best Reggaeton Performance category.
The 2026 Latin Grammys Awards will air live on Univision on Thursday, Nov. 12, from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
