KATSEYE Sets SNL Debut With Host Jalen Brunson; Inde Navarrette Will Host Halloween Episode

Saturday Night Live (SNL) Season 52—yes, fifty-two—premieres September 26, and we already know some of the names headed to Studio 8H when the show returns. Knicks star Jalen Brunson will host the season premiere, with KATSEYE as the musical guest.
Brunson was named MVP after leading the New York Knicks to their first championship in 53 years. The Grammy-nominated group KATSEYE, meanwhile, released their third EP, WILD, on August 14 and are currently on their sold-out WILDWORLD tour.
On October 3, Dakota Johnson will host for the third time, with Turnstile as the musical guest. On October 10, Shane Gillis will headline the show—also for the third time—with Spanish star Rosalía as the musical guest.
SNL’s Halloween episode on October 31 brings a special treat. After a two-week break, Inde Navarrette, the breakout star of Obsession who is set to join the Marvel Universe as the iconic X-Men character Rogue, will host on the spookiest night of the year.
Joining Navarrette as the musical guest will be Gracie Abrams, who released her third studio album, Daughter from Hell, in July 2026. She is currently on her The Look at My Life Tour.
SNL recently received 11 Emmy nominations for its 51st season, extending its own record as the most Emmy-nominated show in TV history (360) and the most Emmy wins (114). It has also spawned a recent spinoff, Saturday Night Live U.K.
The show airs on NBC at 11:30 p.m. ET, and streams live on Peacock that same night. It’s also available to stream afterward.
