Madre mia! La Madrileña princesa Linda Mirada recently released a new music video for Sabore Bicoro’s remix of her song “Solo.” The continuously contagious “Solo” is right up there with two other Linda Mirada favorites: “San Valentín” and “Tokyo.”
Similar in style to Chromatics, Desire, Glass Candy, and Farah, Linda Mirada is one of Spain’s newest pop finds, and recently signed to Spanish label Discoteca Océano (former home of El Guincho & Joe Crepusculo). A four-track 12” titled Fabuloso San José will be released in May, including the “Solo” remix by Barcelona-based act Sabore Bicoro, and other track remixes from her album “China es otra cultura.” Until then, we have “Solo” to facilitate dreams of Tron-like neon graphics and making love to synthesizers.
