With all the hyping going around regarding AJ Dávila’s upcoming, collab-epic album, Terror/Amor, it’s good that a new track has surfaced to verify its appropriate hype level. “Lo Que No Será” delivers in more ways than one. First, it gives us a duet with Alex Anwandter, universal dream BFF. And, secondly, it gives us a damn good duet with Alex Anwandter. The catchy track echoes the softer, more pop-fueled approaches on Terror/Amor, while Dávila’s Selma Oxor duet remained more on the filthy punk scheme. Both schemes suit the ex-Dávila 666 member well, so it seems inevitable that 2013 will continue to be a banner year for him.
