LISTEN: The Heidi Montag & Pitbull Remix for ‘I’ll Do It’ Is Finally Here

The 2010s are back! On Feb. 6, reality TV star Heidi Montag released her highly-anticipated remix of “I’ll Do It” featuring global superstar Pitbull.
“Such a miracle to have the superstar @pitbull on the ‘I’ll do it’ remix! Wow!! God closing a door to open a window…” Montag wrote online. “Thank you @bethelmahoney for the vision 🙏.”
The new remix features Pitbull saying, “God closes a door to open a window” in the beginning. During his verse, the star drops his full name and gets a little frisky by saying: “I see you with ’em stockings, I see you with ’em heels / But what I really wanna see is see how you feel / Dale mamita / You know that it’s real / Let’s do It.” Notably, most of his verse is from his previous hit “Wild Wild Love” with G.R.L., which the original creator used in her mashup idea.
The remix came from an idea social media creator and mashup maker Bethel Mahoney had, who shared it online and tagged the artists. Her mashup went viral and got the attention of Montag and her husband Spencer Pratt, who had recently lost their family home due to the Palisades fire in Los Angeles, CA. After the fire, the reality star villain asked her fans to stream her music to help them rebuild their place while pursuing a feature from the “Hotel Room Service” singer.
Last week (Jan. 25), Montag confirmed the feature by revealing a snippet during an LA fire relief event. Before revealing the remix, Montag introduced it as a new version with a “huge superstar,” cueing in Pitbull’s iconic shoutout-like intro that he’s known for.
“This is for all the people in Los Angeles and for @heidimontag to help rebuild from the fires. All proceeds will be donated to those who need it the most,” Pitbull wrote online. “We Believe that Los Angeles will win! The I’ll Do It Remix drops Feb 6. @spencerpratt.”
Pratt is now hoping to get his wife a No. 1 record. “Going number 1 this am!!!!!!! Please go to iTunes app and buy I’ll do it featuring pitbull in the top songs charts !!!!!” he wrote online this morning (Feb. 7).
Moreover, due to the song’s rebirth, Montag also dropped a music video for “I’ll Do It” on Jan. 15. It’s unclear if she will team up with Pitbull for an official music video for the remix.
