Two of our favorite artists meet in Sonora‘s (aka Sonora Longoria)’ Los Rakas Remezcla EP (disclaimer: yes, our company name is in the title but we had nothing to do with that). Longoria, a member of Texas’ Peligrosa Crew whose remixed Zuzuka Poderosa and World Hood, has been hard at work on his “Remezcla” series, and hip-hop duo Los Rakas are the latest artists to get chopped up and remade in his studio. “Soy Raka” and “Ta Lista” become super chill and tropical while “Pimpin’ Smokin’ Dro” gets the minimalist treatment. The EP includes three remixes plus two instrumentals so you can drop your own vocals on top for your mixtape. Next on the list is Canada’s Boogat and Chingo Bling!
