Premio Lo Nuestro 2023 is a week away–and the hype is off the roof. On Feb. 16, more stars were unveiled to join the already stacked lineup of performers. Among the new and final round of iconic and emerging artists confirmed, two huge names were highlighted: Marc Anthony and Maluma.

Salsa will be celebrated at large. For the first time ever, Marc Anthony and Maluma are set to present their top-charting salsa collaboration “La Fórmula” on television. This year, Marc Anthony garnered four nominations, including “Tropical Artist of the Year.” On the other hand, Maluma boasts a total of eight nominations under his belt.

But Marc and Papi Juancho are not the only ones bringing salsa to the stage. There will also be a highly-anticipated performance by salsa legends Gilberto Santa Rosa, Jerry Rivera, Noel Schajris, Norberto Vélez, and Tito Nieves to honor the salsa romántica singer Victor Manuelle.

More artists were also confirmed to entertain during the award show. They include the actors and singers Alan Estrada, Isabella Castillo, and Valentina, who will sing a ‘90s medley to promote their upcoming film La Usurpadora, The Musical.  Álvaro Diaz, Elena Rose, and Tiago PZK will also team up for a performance, and Kyen?Es? and Maffio will perform a cover of “Sopa de Caracol” during the award’s pre-show. Maffio will also join Gente De Zona for a performance of their hit collaboration “Háblame De Miami.”

Last week, the award show released the names of this year’s first confirmed performers so far. The star-studded roster announcement included Paulina Rubio, Sebastián Yatra, Christian Nodal with Tini, Intocable, and more.

Premio Lo Nuestro will air live from the Miami-Dade Arena in Miami, FL, on Feb. 23 on Univision.
