Midnight Generation Announces ‘Tender Love World Tour’ in North America

Midnight Generation is going on tour! On May 12, the Mexican electro-funk group announced its Tender Love World Tour, including stops in the U.S. The upcoming tour’s North American leg will kick off at Lollapalooza in Chicago, IL, on Aug. 1, and wrap up at The Ground at Club Space in Miami, FL, on Oct. 26.
“We’ll be on the road for a couple of months in Europe, USA & Mexico 🤯🙌🏻 ,” the band posted on social media. “This is by far the biggest announcement of our career! Thanks for making it possible guys!”
After starting their tour in Chicago, the band will continue to perform at the Marquis in Denver, CO (Aug. 6); the Outside Lands Festival in San Francisco, CA (Aug. 10); and Fortune Sound Club in Vancouver, BC (Aug. 12). More performances include the Madame Lou’s in Seattle, WA (Aug. 13); The Mission Theatre in Portland, OR (Aug. 15); the Constellation Room in Santa Ana, CA (Aug. 19); the Echoplex in Los Angeles, CA (Aug. 20); and The Rebel Lounge in Phoenix, AZ (Oct. 1).
The Tender Love World Tour continues with performances at the Austin City Limits in Austin, TX (Oct. 5 and 12); the Vaivén Festival in Mexico City, MX (Oct. 11); the Bowery Ballroom in New York, NY (Oct. 15); and the Crystal Ballroom at Somerville Theatre in Boston, MA (Oct. 16). More dates include the Bar Le Ritz PDB in Montreal, QC (Oct. 18); The Axis Club in Toronto, ON (Oct. 19); and the Union Stage in Washington, DC (Oct. 22). Their last string of shows include stops at Aisle 5 in Atlanta, GA (Oct. 24); The Social in Orlando, FL (Oct. 25); and The Ground at Club Space in Miami, FL (Oct. 26).
Midnight Generation is a band from Chihuahua, Mexico, formed by Fernando Mares, Luis Carlos “Bica” Valderrama, Carlos Amaya, Samuel Márquez, and the band’s newest member, Diego Bustillos. They are known to blend genres like disco, synth-pop, and soul. Their most popular songs include “Young Girl,” “Don’t Wait Up,” and “Forever.”
Presale tickets for the Tender Love World Tour will be available starting on May 13 at 10 a.m. local time for Citi Entertainment cardholders. General tickets will be available starting on May 16 at 10 a.m. local time via the artist’s official website.
