For its fifth installment, Festival Nrmal will bring its emerging-minded lineup to two cities: its usual home of Monterrey for five days and one day in major music hub D.F. The mostly Mexican lineup is joined by up-and-coming bands from Spain, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, and Puerto Rico, as well as the U.S., Canada, France, UK, and Australia.
