ChocQuibtown, Sante Les Amis, and Polock Make the Cut in FIFA15 Soundtrack

Another year means another FIFA game…and another sweet soundtrack! FIFA15 may not be available until next week, but the soundtrack is now ready for consumption.

This year’s collection is heavily skewed towards different variations of indie music thanks to appearances from Foster The People, Saint Motel, The Kooks, The Ting Tings, and bass/drum heroes Death From Above 1979, among others.

Also, remember the brothers from Good Charlotte? They’re in here with their side project The Madden Brothers (no relation to the Madden of NFL fame), which is leaps and bounds different from their original group. It took a double-take for me to realize it was them.

On the Latino side of things, we have contributions from ChocQuibTown with “Uh La La,” a number we’ve been dancing to since its release last year. Polock’s “Everlasting,” off their most recent LP Rising Up, makes the cut and so do my current favorite band Sante Les Amis who pump the game with some Uruguayan dance-rock with “Brasil.”

Finally, Brazilian MC Emicida fills up the rap-em-portugeus quota with “Levanta e Anda.” It’s a great track but, personally, I’m still stuck on Karol Conka and Marcelo D2 off FIFA14.

Currently, 25 of the 41 tracks are available to stream via Spotify. More will be added over the coming days as tracks become available.

There’s also a FIFA15 radio station available on Dash Radio where fans can listen to the soundtrack as well as interviews, live performances and giveaways.
