When we introduced you to “Murciélago,” Porter’s newest single, we praised David Velasco’s vocal work as ushering in a new Porter era. In their just-released video for the track, we don’t see the man—or any of them for that matter—just paper cut outs of the band members (or Aztecas) on a papery pilgrimage (to discover Mexico) with the help of quetzales (or bird/man hybrids). It’s basically a historical arts ‘n’ crafts project.

“Murciélago” is off Porter’s upcoming Moctezuma (set for an August release).
