Calling all Santo Domingo locals: If you’re a fan of our Nuevo Noise series and love a good time, you’re going to want to pay attention to this. PuzzleHead is presenting a “Domi-Bori” event this weekend on Saturday, December 14, 2019, to celebrate the musical union between the Dominican Republic and its Caribbean sister island of Puerto Rico. The event will include performances and sets by Nuevo Noise featured artists and other emerging acts, including Dominican producer Mediopicky, boricua creative Payola, and surprise guest, trapera Tokischa. You can grab tickets at the link here. Pre-sale is priced at RD$500, RD$1000 for general admission, and RD$5,000, RD$10,000, or RD$15,000 for a table with entry-included for the night. The event will take place at the Mecenas Café Cultural, starting at 10PM and going until late — no curfew for the holidays, duh.
Others at the event will include DJs ManoSanto and Freaky Philip, as well as astróloga Madame Mela (@checkinmela). Right now, the Domi-Bori gang is also holding a giveaway for the tickets over on their Instagram page. To participate, you’ll have to follow the PuzzleHead Instagram page and the @domiborigang profile. Tag three friends in the comments section, and make sure whoever you tag also follows the previously mentioned accounts.
There’s unlimited opportunity to submit entries to the giveaway — so long as you keep tagging more friends in the comments. Giveaway winners will be announced tomorrow, December 13, 2019 at 5PM.
