Cristian Dinamarca – “RiRi is Numb”
@DINAMARCA_
Cristian Dinamarca is on fire. There is no such thing as a bad track over at his Soundcloud and this RiRi thingy is no exception. This is going to be an autumn hit, at least on my decks. Thank you Señor Dinamarca for sharing this baby all the way from Stockholm to the world, baby, yeah! -Eric Gamboa

DJ Merks – Latin Jersey Club Mix #DrParade2K14 #PrimeTimeDJs
DJ Merks on Facebook
Finally a culmination of Latin Jersey Club is here. DJ Merks provides us with a full mixtape of non-stop Jersey Club with a Latin twist, pulling influences from the Dominican Republic and the Spanish speaking Caribbean. Some notable highlights include Cueheat’s “Eje Eje” and the Jersey fix of La Materialista’s “Las Chapas Que Vibran.” -Marco Gomez

Bleepolar – Bleepolar vs. El Faraón Bantú
@bleepolar
Is it possible to have a DJ battle where everyone wins? In this mixfile for Vice Colombia, Bogotano producer Bleepolar heads off with champeta maestro Faraón Banto. The first portion of the mix takes us through Bleepo’s original prodcutions across cumbia, dembow, and moombahton-esque flavors, like his slow-building dancefloor igniter collab with Anthony B, “Dem Can’t Stop We From Talk,” then moves into refixes of Bantú’s signature soukus and Afro-Latino sounds, which leads us into the champeta urbana wave that Bleepolar welcomes with his upcoming release with Palenque Records. Whew. New school, old school, everyone FTW. -Sara Skolnick

El Mayor Clasico y N-Fasis – “Como Quiero Ta”
@elmayorclasico, @nfasis
El Mayor Clasico y N-Fasis join forces on this track, and the results are stunning. Both are distinct with their flow styles and the odd couple deliver a tema thats half standard dembow, then revs up to a mambo tempo midway. -MG

Naked Geometry – “Slowly Diamonds”
The first time I saw this dude play was before me at some house party in DF, and the first thing I thought when I asked who he was, was “Damn, that’s a cool fucking name.” That night I didn’t have much chance to hear his own beats, or at least enough time (and mindspace) to distinguish his rubs from the public domain tracks he was playing. Luckily, his cool alias got stuck in my head, so I went to his profile, and I was astounded by the amount of goodies that this northern defeño has up on his profile. His work is not to be missed. -EG
