For most people in the Latin music world, Ulises Hadjis is back! For those of us stuck up here in the USA, he’s here for the first time. Venezuelan indie/pop artist Hadjis recently released his second album, Cosas Perdidas, and with it he brings this first single and intro track “Donde Va.”
“Donde Va” is an upbeat tale of wanderlust and second chances. It has an indie vibe similar to Valencia’s Polock with subtle synth lines floating behind a pair of slightly fuzzy and jangly guitar lines.
Ulises made his live debut in the U.S. over the summer with a handful of shows in Miami and NYC. Hopefully, he’ll have a proper tour stateside later this year or next.
