So there’s a nun, somewhere in there. And Mother Russia. And some cactus. There’s also a pretty serious light saber duel. This isn’t the set up for a lame bar joke, it’s a short list of things in Bosnian Rainbows’ new video for “Turtleneck,” off their upcoming self-titled album (June 25, Sargent House). The super band compiled some extensive worldwide tour footage to create “Turtleneck” and it comes off feeling like one big homage to friendship! And music! And Kermit! And we love all these things so this video makes us happy. Our life partner Teri Gender Bender also lays down her vocals like a badass on this song, which, guess what? Isn’t just about turtlenecks. It has layers! (See what I did there?)
