Video: Hawaiian Gremlins' "Give It Up" [MEX]

Any video that combines Earl Sinclair, Chester Cheetah, and a dubious baby has procured my attention. Hawaiian Gremlins released their debut video and it is very, shall we say, postmodern. Bookended by a Beach Boys classic—sorry, no Uncle Jesse cameos in this clip—the video stumbles through a plethora of emojis and pop culture iconography. Basically, it’s millennial catnip.
