Singer Karol G took a scary fall during a concert in Miami this weekend (November 26).

During a stop on her Bichota Tour at the FTX Arena, the Latin Grammy Award-winning singer lost her footing at the top of a metal staircase while singing “Ahora Me Llama” and rolled down approximately 10 steps before hitting the stage floor.

Kneeling at the foot of the staircase, Karol G then took a moment to compose herself. One of her backup dancers ran down the steps to see if she was OK. A few seconds later, Karol G whipped her bluish-green hair back, spread her arms out as if to say, “That all you got, stairs?” and went back to performing the rest of the song.

Later during the concert, she told the audience that she was in some pain. “All my nails broke,” she said. “I think my knee broke. Everything hurts. After having filled this arena for the first time in my life… I wanted it to be perfect.”

On her Instagram Stories, Karol G shared some photos of her injuries, including a scraped knee and red marks on her left arm, which took most of the impact. However, she seemed in good spirits overall.

Fans online gave Karol G props for continuing the concert after such a hard tumble.

The “Tusa” singer didn’t have much time to heal. Her Bichota Tour continued Sunday night in Puerto Rico. During a point in the concert, Puerto Rican rapper and Karol G’s former fiancée Anuel AA joined her onstage. Earlier this year, Anuel confirmed the couple’s breakup on social media.

The Bichota Tour goes to Colombia next before returning to the U.S. for concerts in the Houston, Dallas, Washington D.C., and Chicago areas.
