Natanael Cano and Gabito Ballesteros are at it again. On Oct. 19, the two corridos tumbados artists released their newest joint track “LOU LOU” with a music video to go with it. This marks Cano’s Los CT  imprint’s first song release in partnership with Interscope Records.

“LOU LOU” was inspired by a luxurious nightclub in Guadalajara, Mexico. Directed by Shotbypeteypablo, the music video starts with shots of the popular two música mexicana artists performing at a massive show together. The next shots show both artists laying down their verses as they embrace their lives full of money, women, and boat rides. Other frames show the duo partying with women in bikinis, popping bottles, and overall enjoying the fruits of their labor in the ocean. Lyrically, the new collab gives a shoutout to Lady Gaga, Dom Pérignon, Don Julio, and various luxury names like Rolex and Versace — all while reiterating their lavish bélico lifestyle.

This latest collaboration is a step forward to getting corridos tumbados to a broader audience. Having partnered up with Interscope, Los CT artists will join the star-studded roster that includes artists like Lady Gaga, Eminem, and BTS. “Nir [Seroussi], Manny [Prado] and the entire Interscope team are the perfect partners to collaborate with us creating the best possible opportunities for our artists,” Cano shared in a statement at the time of the label’s announcement. “I am excited to work with the Interscope team to continue growing the CT movement.” However, Cano remains part of Rancho Humilde’s artist roster.

Moreover, this isn’t the first time Cano and Ballesteros have collaborated. They’ve shown their complementing artistic abilities with smash hits like “AMG” alongside Peso Pluma and “Y Si Me Miran” with Luis R. Conriquez.
