Christian Nodal and Ángela Aguilar aren’t shy about their love. After sharing their romantic sunset photos, the two newlyweds made their first public appearance at Nodal’s show in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, in Mexico (Aug. 3).
Nodal has been making many media headlines recently. Last week, he quietly postponed his show in Buenos Aires, Argentina, without announcing the reason behind the decision. However, what he hasn’t been quiet about lately is his love for his new wife. After sharing photos of the newlyweds sharing a kiss in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, in Mexico, Nodal called out his wife for a kiss on stage for the first time as a married couple.
Amid the performance in Mazatlán, Nodal called Aguilar out. “Señora esposa, ¿quiere salir a saludar? [Mrs. Wife, would you like to come out and say hi?]” he said. Aguilar then comes on stage and greets him with a kiss and waves to his cheering audience. She then kisses him goodbye and walks off stage.
Fans are curious about the couple’s recent PDA. A social media user wrote in Spanish: “I can’t be the only one who keeps hoping that this whole Cristian Nodal and Angela Aguilar thing is just a bad joke or for a video or just for marketing because what the hell.”
Moreover, other concert-goers captured the popular Mexican songstress seemingly smoking a cigarette during the same concert in Mexico. The video is causing a stir online due to pregnancy rumors. A fan commented in Spanish: “Hey Angela Aguilar is NOT pregnant because she was smoking at the concert yesterday! You’re welcome 🫳🏻✨.”
Up next, Nodal is set to continue his tour in Puerto Rico and the U.S. He will be performing at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico in Puerto Rico from Aug. 23 to 25. In the fall, he will perform in major U.S. cities like Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
