Adrian Be and his Monterrey-based netlabel Finesse Records are known for American club-inspired sounds that have taken off in the Mexican electronic music scene. As inspiring as the club music may be, the Monterrey native has also dabbled in R&B and rap using U.S. artists like Ciara and the Chicago duo Sicko Mobb as muses. “Pull UPeo” is Adrian Be’s interpretation of the already booming track “Pull Up” by Atlanta emcee Solo Lucci. The aggressive single has been remixed into a track that still goes, but Adrian’s party/dance/perreo twist is what adds the “-eo” to “UPeo.”
