Oh boy, here it comes. Three years have passed since the release of Bomba Estéreo‘s third album, Elegancia Tropical, a Caribbean-inspires journey where we can find them at their most melodic. Now, a little 51-second video teaser has surfaced on Youtube anticipating their yet-untitled forthcoming album, and we’re already drooling a little.
On the teaser we hear a clip of a reggae-infused hip hop track, as we watch the band in the studio, with guest musicians recording a diverse selection of instruments, organic and electronic. The album will be their major label debut (they signed with Sony back in October 2014,) and one of the producers involved is Ricky Reed, from the Oakland-based band Wallpaper. Hurry up, Bomba!
