BIA is feelin’ herself and it’s not hard to tell why. Things are looking up for the self-proclaimed “Perico Princess;” she’s starring in the Oxygen channel reality show “Sisterhood of Hip Hop” all the while moving everything into place to carve her own lane in music.
For her upcoming mixtape titled #CHOLASEASON, BIA will release a song off the tape every day until its full release on November 10th. The first release, “Chain Swang,” starts off the countdown and doesn’t disappoint with some dope swag raps over Pharrell’s signature production, who also jumps on the track to spits a few bars, as so does longtime Star Trak homie Fam-Lay.
With a tracklist boasting a good chunk of production from Pharrell, who signed her to his label this past month, it seems like #CHOLASEASON is poised to heat up this winter– or maybe that’s the bottom of your laptop.
