The classic merenhouse anthem “El Tiburón” has received a rework by Dany F, the Medellín-based producer known for crafting tropical house beats. This version is a little more laid-back than the original, but the unforgettable melody of the song is still right at the center. The reverberated drum hits and crisp percussive elements make it easy to get lost in this beat. It feels like a refined version of the song, but with enough space for a crowd to sing along “No pare, sigue sigue!” at the club.
Judging by the emoji album cover of “El Tiburón” and a recent Facebook post, it’s clear that Dany is working on some new material. This song is possibly part of it.
