It feels like it’s been ages since Future Brown first announced their debut album, and now we’re excitingly close to its release day. In anticipation, they just uploaded the bone-shattering Future Brown Mix Vol. 1.
The half-hour mix connects the dots between bass music from both sides of the Atlantic, from today’s hip-hop sounds to the coldest grime. From Migos to Terror Danjah. They also throw in some R&B (Ciara!), footwork, and there’s even a DJ Marfox track that adds the kuduro vibes. But let’s not forget about the killer original tracks, which include previously heard singles “Room 302,” “Party” (in its instrumental form,) and a VIP version of “Talkin Bandz,” as well as album tracks “Asbestos,” “MVP,” and “Speng.”
