This month, we asked the papis of Papi Juice, Oscar Nñ and Adam R, to curate our latest Perreo NYC playlist on Apple Music. Papi Juice is a Brooklyn-based dance party celebrating queer and trans people of color and one of the main crews playing at our party, alongside Perreo NYC residents Riobamba and False Witness, Move Foward Music, and NAAFI.
Every celebration they have features timeless urban and virtual sounds from around the world. Since 2013, resident DJs Oscar Nñ and Adam R, photographer Cristobal Guerra, and illustrator Mojuicy have been thematically curating safe spaces all over NYC and beyond.
