Ghost Palace, a trio including Progeny as the producer, Evolve as the emcee, and Rob Castro as the bassist, delivers their general hatred for humans in a packaged first single “Misanthrope,” which doubles as the introduction to their upcoming sophomore album, El Palacio de Phantasmas. In the Graves 33-directed video, Evolve chants, “I don’t want to deal with you,” with Seattle as his backdrop, saving a cute little message in flashing lights for the end: “go fuck yourself.”
The misanthrope in all of us comes from time to time. For Evolve, Progeny and Rob Castro, it just happened to be one of those days.
