Helado Negro’s first extensive U.S. headlining tour begins today, and to celebrate, he’s releasing the video for “Two Lucky,” from his most recent album, This Is How You Smile.

The soothing lullaby is accompanied by a montage of quotidian clips – filmed on the road – making the video a respite from daily thought processes. ‘Two Lucky is about celebrating and uplifting joy!” says Helado Negro, known in daily life as Roberto Carlos Lange. “It’s a song that talks about staying in touch with people you love. The video meditates on those in-between moments I’m on the road or traveling — thinking about folks.”

The video serves as a sort of meditative moment, causing one to forget the frenetic pace of everything around us. When the clip ends, you feel loss of serenity, and want it to start over – even though not much really happens during.
