Although Miami’s Jacuzzi Boys have recently settled into a somewhat bland sweet spot playing garden-variety garage rock, the trio originally came up in the ranks with a funkier take on the messy genre. “Happy Damage,” Jacuzzi Boys’ latest, isn’t funky or messy enough to stand out, but it does fulfill the major tenets of 21st century garage music–consistently danceable songs, minor attempts at harmony, brief guitar solos, and tour doc videos showing just how crazy the band is.
