Thanks to Chilean future funk producer Marvin Marlyn, Janet Jackson’s classic Khia collab is back in our rotation. Using his signature synths, the spacey beatmaker slows it down and gives the single a much-needed 2015 facelift.
The last we heard from the producer was his Feeling Hot EP, which dropped back in March of this year. If this throwback remix is the beginning of him inching out of his musical cave, we have a recommendation: Khia’s 2002 single “My Neck, My Back.” Anybody? Anybody?
