Notas is our new premiere format, where we give the artists behind the music a chance to further express themselves, and take a more personal approach to introducing their work to the world.
El Guanyabichi has been keeping our perreo playlists happy ever since we heard him on Ñejo’s “Mi Leona,” then he took the urbano world by storm with his bop, “ReBoTa.” Now he’s back with an undeniable banger, “Rompe Rodillas,” which we celebrated with him recently at a bar in Brooklyn while he drew a self-portrait for us and answered some questions.
