Arca wants you to get excited about something, and the best way he found to do so was uploading a track called “Sad Bitch.” Gotta love the guy. The song is the fourth from his 2014 debut album Xen, which just got the deluxe treatment, again, on Mute Records.

The deluxe digital version of the album, called Xen (????? Edition), features its original tracklist plus the two sides of the 10″ that came with the now sold-out limited 12″. Side A, or “????? A,” includes the tracks “Empath,” “Get Out The Fucking Car,” “Snatch,” and “Vanity,” while “????? B” has the song “Dog Crying At Its Owner’s Grave.” Also included are the two Jesse Kanda-directed videos where Xen appears dancing: “Thievery” and “Xen.”

As for the song, it’s a short interlude that could come from a classical piece if it wasn’t performed on synthesizers on the verge of breaking, with frequencies that spike almost out of control.

Along with the announcement, Arca also shared his forthcoming tour dates around the US and Europe:

April 8 – Bowery Ballroom – New York, NY.
April 15 – Forever Cemetery – Los Angeles, CA.
April 24 – Berghain – Berlin, Germany (DJ set).
May 01 – Donau Festival – Austria.
June 18-20 – Sonar – Barcelona, Spain.
July 04 – Manchester International Festival – Manchester, UK.
