Late in 2014, Matias Aguayo dropped his hazy techno Legende EP, taking him back to a pensive version of his minimal techno, Kompakt label self.
The video spot for the EP’s single “Run Away From The Sun”–directed by Sander Houtkruijer–shows the Cómeme bossdude offering up an alternative to by-the-numbers vampire rom-drama. Aguayo guides us through a bizarre narrative of a bloodsucker hosting a cooking show, visiting the grocery show, and wallowing in his inability to gorge himself with human cuisine, naturally.
