Barcelonian garage rockers Mujeres have taken a step further into pop territories on their forthcoming new album, Marathon, the follow-up to their great 2012 Soft Gems. Or at least that what it sounds like after hearing their first preview, called “Feels Dead (Siento Muerte),” an accelerated song, sung in English, with vocal melodies that stick with you for hours.
Along with the track comes a simple music video shot by the band on the road, which shows them pretty much just hanging out, kissing, and playing with kitties. Sounds like fun, right?
Marathon is out next March, and it’s a triple release between CANADA, French label Platinum Records, and Belgian imprint 62TV Records.
