There are some of you who are lucky enough to attend this year’s edition of Sónar Barcelona, taking place June 18th-20th. And then, there are the rest of us, who will stay at home, weeping and wanting to be there. But for all of us, here’s the new music video of one of the Spanish artists in the lineup, Fernando Lagreca.
Premiered on the festival’s Facebook page, the video for “Run,” off his latest album, Control (2014, Irregular Label), is a weird journey through the woods. It was produced by The Wide Shot, and it shows an actor wandering in a forest where cold colors predominate in a surreal, saturated way; and then, he starts running, because ultimately that’s the name of the song. The concept is kind of abstract, but the visuals go well with the chilled nature of this house track.
