To our great delight, Giovani and Jonathan Dos Santos have made the cut. The bros are back on the squad to face the red, white, and blue at the Rose Bowl next Saturday, after missing out on last month’s friendlies.
Jonathan Dos Santos was on Villarreal’s starting 11 against Viktoria Plzeň last night, putting in a solid 75 en route to a 1-0 Europa League victory.
Gio, meanwhile, has started seven MLS regular season matches for the LA Galaxy, producing three goals and four assists. He has four and six in nine appearances across all competitions.

In other exciting news, Rafael Márquez and Andrés Guardado have also been included in the 25-player roster. Looks like they’re being given every last opportunity to prove their fitness level after suffering injuries earlier this month. We’ll know the final 23 for El Tri by Monday.
