With the beginning of New York Comic-Con, you just know Star Wars fans are going to be hungry for new tidbits on the upcoming seventh movie. While we can’t give you any answers, we can at least show you some of the most amazing Star Wars-inspired soccer gear mockups.
Sports apparel designer Nerea Palacios took the world of Star Wars and combined it with the world of fútbol, according to Complex. She transformed Han Solo, C-3PO, Chewbacca (she didn’t forget his sash), Stormtroopers, Darth Vader, and R2-D2 into amazing gear.
The monochromatic Stormtrooper and Darth Vader kits could easily be a team’s uniforms. We can imagine Chicharito wearing the Darth Vader one for Mexico.
At the very least, it’s good to know that Stormtroopers are good for something, because they are otherwise useless.
